For this role, The College is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing person to provide an outstanding welcome to all College visitor. Good communication, inter-personal and customer care skills are essential for this role as well as a flexible, friendly and positive attitude. The successful applicant will need to have previous experience in a customer service role and able to demonstrate strong administrative and organisational skills in order to work effectively and manage a busy reception.

Job Purpose: To act as a College Receptionist and carry out general secretarial duties as directed


Hours: 22.5 hours per week Monday – Wednesday 8.30 am – 5.00 pm with flexibility to meet business needs.


Salary: £11,115 per annum (18,278 per annum pro rata)


Status: Permanent
