As a receptionist at FFP, you will be the first person our client’s see when they attend their annual meeting, therefore a vital aspect of your role will be to create a welcoming and professional client experience. Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to: Client hospitality Dealing client enquires e.g. arranging and confirming meetings Managing the Financial Planner’s diary Communicating with clients and companies by telephone, email and post General office admin e.g. dealing with the post and scanning and filing documents Proof reading documents and letters Maintaining systems and methods for record keeping Dealing with correspondence of all kinds Managing office supplies Support to the team Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 3:00pm We are looking for someone who is a positive ‘glass half full’ kind of person who is organised, takes pride in all their work, and have a natural ability to make people feel welcome. Candidates do not need to have experience as a receptionist, but should have a good understanding of receptionist tasks, such as diary management and speaking with clients.
