Job Summary: As an INNSiDE Receptionist, you will work alongside a team of passionate individuals providing excellent service and proactively promoting the service culture values of INNSiDE that set us apart from competitors. You will be fully conversant with check-in and check-out procedures with the responsibility to deliver exceptional guest experience by surprising and delighting our guests, whether that’s with your local INNSiDER knowledge and energy, or by organising a personalised surprise for a special occasion.

As the first point of contact for the hotel you will welcome our guests with a smile from the moment they enter our doors, you will be well-presented and accommodating to the needs of our guests. You will be an ambassador for excellent service, dealing efficiently with all requests and queries from guests face to face or over the telephone whilst maintaining the highest levels of service standards, and proactively promoting sales through upsells and excellent knowledge of our products and services.

What are we looking for?

• Passionate and energetic individuals
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Ideally experience with Opera PMS
