Job Summary:

Our Receptionists are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. As an INNSiDE Receptionist you will be a local expert, able to strike up conversations with guests about the local area, making recommendations personalised to our guests needs. You will be a confident and effective communicator, always on the lookout for creative ways to surprise and delight guests by understanding their purpose for travelling and anticipating their requirements. The Receptionist is responsible for an efficient check-in and check-out, so you will be an organised individual, able to follow internal processes and project a warmth and friendliness that makes our guests feel at home. INNSiDE receptionist’s work a mixture of early shifts (07:00 – 15:30), late shifts (14:30 – 23:00) and some mid-shifts, this will include weekends, so successful applicants will be flexible and adaptable.
