Role: Reception and facilities assistant

Hours: 22.2 hours per week over 3 days
(Working pattern to be confirmed – there may be some flexibility)

Contract: Fixed term until April 2022 with the possibility for extension

Salary: £18,643 to £20,388 pro rata per annum

Location: Central Bristol office

We have an opportunity for a professional and competent reception and facilities assistant to join our friendly team in our central Bristol office. You will understand the needs of our client group and promote the values and principles of our organisation with every interaction.

You will work alongside reception and facilities colleagues to provide an effective service for clients and staff. You will assist with general office tasks, distribute IT and office equipment, maintain the cleanliness of communal areas and conduct routine health and safety checks.

Good computer and administrative skills are essential in this busy and varied role.
