Real Estate Solicitor (NQ)
The firm/team
  • A top 50 UK law firm are looking to appoint a newly qualified real estate solicitor to join their established team of London specialists
  • The successful candidate can look forward to getting involved in a range of varied and high quality work
  • The well-respected London based real estate team advise a vast array of clients both in the public and private sector
The role:
  • Undertake research and prepare legal advice to clients on all aspects of real estate
  • Provide assistance to partners and associates as well as managing your own workload
  • The successful real estate solicitor can expect to work on a range of real estate matters including: landlord and tenant matters, real estate finance, acquisitions and disposals, renewal and termination of leases and related matters, conditional sale and purchase contracts
  • As a real estate solicitor in the London team you will work closely with other team members on varied and high quality work and be keen to broaden your range of skills and expertise
  • Participate in business development activities
About you:
  • Applications are sought from an England and Wales qualified solicitor, or equivalent, (NQ) or due to qualify by September 2021
  • The successful London based real estate solicitor will be able to demonstrate a high level of commercial awareness and have experience with all aspects of commercial property work
  • The role will suit a personable individual who is seeking to join a successful organisation
  • Applications are sought from self-starters who are able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation
  • The successful real estate solicitor will enjoy being client facing as it is essential that you are able to demonstrate that you can develop and maintain strong client relationships
The London based real estate solicitor will be rewarded with:
