This Top 100 Law Firm are seeking a talented Real Estate Solicitor 2-5 PQE to join their West End team.

The role

The firm is seeking to hire a new Real Estate Lawyer into their West End office.

The Real Estate department is ranked highly in the legal 500, it deals with an excellent quality of work. You will deal with a wide range of real estate work making for a more interesting role, the caseload will include; portfolio acquisitions and disposals; the acquisition of sites for commercial, industrial, residential and mixed use; the grant, renewal and termination of leases and related matters; and joint venture agreements, conditional sale and purchase contracts, auctions and options.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with between 2-5 years PQE
  • You will have an excellent technical knowledge
  • You must possess a meticulous eye for detail
  • Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, also you will receive an excellent benefits package
