The Role

This firm is seeking to hire a Corporate Senior Associate (4-7 years post-qualified) to join their flourishing, Legal 500 ranked City of London team.

This is an excellent opportunity working directly with leading Partners, which will cover a broad range of work, including:

  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Corporate finance
  • Venture capital
  • Private equity deals
