An international law firm is looking to speak to Real Estate Solicitors (NQ - 5 Years PQE) who are looking for a new and interesting opportunity. Based in Edinburgh, the firms’ real estate practice continues to be successful and there is now a requirement for an experienced Solicitor to join the team and assist with real estate finance transactions. The team acts primarily for Scottish and English lenders and assists with distressed real estate and recovery of sums.

This role would suit a Real Estate Solicitor who is looking to broaden their skill base. You don’t need to have experience in real estate finance but you do need to have a genuine interest in the lenders real estate arena. You will have the ability to deal with a broad client base and assist with complex transactions.
