International Firm - Real Estate Finance Lawyer - 12 month FTC

This is a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity to join a leading Real Estate finance team. Applications are sought from qualified lawyers who have real estate finance experience gained at a City/International firm acting for both lenders and sponsors. Applicants should understand the general framework of the LMA syndicated facility agreements for investment and development property transactions and be able to draft and negotiate these for lenders or review on behalf of sponsors.

This role will be offered on a 12 month fixed term contract basis and will pay an attractive remuneration package.
