You will work closely with the other Service Leads & Deputy Head of Reablement to lead & oversee the clinical and operational management of the team. The role is also a key agent for transformational change and will be pivotal in facilitating new ways of working towards a commissioned new Reablement model.

As a Service Lead within the Reablement Service, you’ll join a team who are focused on clinical excellence and delivering community-based person centred reabling care to the population of Banes.

You will have an Occupational or Physiotherapy Degree Qualification & membership of relevant clinical professional bodies e.g. the CSP or RCOT
