Job description

Our client is a leading, privately owned main contractor who over the 15 years they have been established have become the ’go to’ name in the prime and super prime residential market in North London. They have steadily built upon their successes and lead by a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, have expanded into a wide range of projects from hotels to religious buildings, schools to commercial offices. Whilst retaining a strong sense of family ownership, this contractor has managed to grow and diversify winning landmark projects and expand into new sectors.

They have recently successfully won a number of projects in the modular build sector and our client now has expanded with an office / manufacturing facility in the Northampton area. Our client is keen to employ addition staff in this region and is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor with modular build experience. Our client is keen to employ only the best staff who are able to meet the levels of excellence their customers require.

Whilst operating across a number of projects, this role will also encompass working on an exciting modular development at Silverstone racecourse - which could be very interesting for any Quantity Surveyors with an interest in Formula One!
