You’re a partner to everyone in the clinic, assisting the Clinic Director and key partners in managing risk and monitoring performance against group KPIs, being a member of the Clinical Governance and Quality team, and attending working group and committee meetings.

The experience our patients receive is critical to us and the feedback you receive needs to be used positively to adapt the service and improve it for others. Working closely with the Director of Governance and Quality Managers, you’ll monitor and improve performance and to ensure our patients have the best possible care and experience.

You’re responsible for leading all elements of governance including incident management, complaints and audit. Maintaining Information Governance (IG) standards and policies to ensure they are robust and adhered to, and carry out occupational risk assessments as required.

You’ll manage your clinics complaints process, ensuring effective investigation and documentation are completed and make sure complaints are resolved effectively, recommend and administer corrective actions and preventative measures.

About you:

You’ll have a background in clinical governance within the healthcare sector; this will have given you the grounding in complaints management you’ll need to be successful in the role.

Fantastic communications skills are essential, you’re speaking to a diverse range of patients daily. You need to be able to listen well and respond accordingly.

You’re flexible, you can prioritise your work load to the clinic’s need and you’re able to independently judge potential situations, identify and take alternative courses of action without putting the client or business at risk.

You’re proactive, you use feedback questionnaires to drive process improvements and enhance the patient experience further still.

Datix experience would be great too, but not essential.

Location/Salary:

Working at Amberley House, 9 Queen’s Rd, Tunbridge Wells TN4 9LL – this is a part-time role working 22.5hrs a week - we’re flexible with the hours so that they suit you.

  • Salary of up to £24,000 – prorata for part-time (£40,000 FT)
