This is a great job where you’ll lead the Nurses and Healthcare Assistants for a wonderful clinic. You’ll spend your days leading and developing your teams, resolving issues, coordinating the day-to-day activities of the team, allocating workloads, scheduling rotas, nurse competencies and training new staff.

You’re part of the management team that strives to improve patient experience and ensures regulatory compliance.

About you:

You have leadership experience either as a Nurse Manager, or as a Deputy/Lead/Senior Nurse. You’re motivated to progress your career further.

You have fertility experience, you’re incredibly organised with a meticulous attention to detail. You have excellent communication skills and are flexible in your approach. It would be desirable if you’re proficient in scanning.

You can act independently, and you’re a role model for your team and the wider clinic.

Location/Benefits:

This is a full-time role based at Amberley House, 9 Queen’s Rd, Tunbridge Wells TN4 9LL.
