Adecco are seeking a Quality Manager to work with a Medical Device manufacture on a permanent basis.The company are open to hiring a either a Senior Quality Specialist looking to step into a management position or can hire an experienced Quality Manager looking for a new challenge.This role will enable you to lead a small team of QA specialists to ensure continuous improvement across the existing QMS, with big plans and projects including MDSAP certification and FDA expansion, this will be a varied role to really make your own.Some essential day to day responsibilities have been listed below:Manage compliance with requirements of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, CFR 21 part 820, MDR, MDSAPPrepare and communicate Quality Management performance reportsMaintain a programme of internal and external quality auditsProvide ongoing comprehensive QMS training to all employeesManage vigilance, CAPAs, risk and design change processesSupport new product development and continuing engineering projectsWhat does the business need to see?It is essential you have worked within the Medical Device industry for at least 5 years, with working knowledge of ISO 13485 and CFR 21 part 820.It would also be great to have both internal and external auditing experienceElectronic medical exposure would also be a benefit.If this position is of of interest, please apply and we can talk in more detail.Adecco Lifesciences is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
