Salary:

About the Opportunity…

As the bakeries Quality Manager you will be responsible for ensuring raw materials, WIP, and finished products comply to the agreed specifications. Managing material and system non-conformities to ensure corrective and preventative actions are implemented in a timely manner.


A key part your role will be ensuring continued compliance to BRC grade A and customer green audit status requirements.


You will report directly to the Technical Manager, and is responsible for the factory Quality Assurance Technicians.


What are the key ingredients?

You will need previous experience previous experience of working within Food Manufacturing in a Quality or Technical related role.


Some leadership experience is key as you will be responsible for managing a team. HACCP & Food Hygiene Level 3 is desirable but we are happy to provide training.


You will need to be comfortable using pivot tables (excel), word & powerpoint.


What is equally important is that you can work at pace, are a team player with strong communication skills.
