Quality Manager required for a company who Engineer, Manufacture and Distribute a variety of systems for the construction, recycling and agricultural machinery. The Quality Manager will be customer and supplier facing. Ensuring all expectations are understood and achieved. The position holder will manage a small team to support these processes as well as quality management and the business QMS. Heavily involved in new product development through the busniness NPI process. Working with top level management to determine and implement long term quality assurance.With accountabilty for supplier quality , internal audit and quality tools including NPI,PPAP,NCR and others. A degree in a technical disipline or similar qualification would be advantageous. A strong knowledge of Steel fabrications, machining and primary and secondary manufacturing process, testing and product qualification. Experience with ISO management systems including (phone number removed) and 45001. Lead auditor would be preferential and experience of implmentation desirable.
