In a Nutshell… We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Coordinator to join our team within Vistry Works East Midlands at our factory in Coalville. As our Quality Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent adherence to ISO9001 standards throughout the business. Working closely with the Quality Control Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the quality management system across three factories. Knowledge of auditing processes both internal and external. Knowledge of timber frame product and manufacturing processes. Knowledge of ISO9001 standards and quality management principles. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. Proficient in using quality management software and tools. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Documentation Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of quality-related documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with relevant standards. Training and Development: Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance the understanding and commitment to quality standards among team members. Audit Preparation: Support the preparation and execution of internal and external quality audits, ensuring that all necessary documentation and processes are in place for successful outcomes. Data Analysis: Analyze quality metrics and performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential corrective actions. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues, facilitate effective communication, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. Problem Resolution: Contribute to the resolution of quality-related problems by investigating root causes, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and monitoring their effectiveness. Reporting: Generate regular reports on quality performance, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
