About the position:

We are the internal recruitment partner for our Client, who design and manufacture high end shower products.

Due to growth we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Control Manager to join our professional, dedicated and busy team based in the beautiful area of Lake District.

This role will see you developing and maintaining company and ISO standards to support the business, utilising known standards that demonstrate that the company is customer focused, professional, and an environmentally conscious and sustainable manufacturer as well as carrying out physical quality checks.

The successful candidate will have previously implemented ISO quality systems, be able to plan, manage and deliver this project effectively for the Company. Effective leadership experience and skills are a must.

Requirements

Who are we looking for:

  • Previous experience of gaining ISO certification or working heavily as part of an implementation team Proficient in using the MS Office package, including: Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Able to plan own workload; self-motivated and able to work within a team; tenacious approach and problem-solving skills.
  • Good team management skills and experience
  • Manufacturing background is advantageous
  • Ability to provide NCR reports
  • Ability to work to KPI’s
