Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: UK / Greece - Candidates must provide work authorization for the respective country.

A new team member who can support our OneOcean/LR business within the Technical & Quality Assurance field, someone who is able to meet specific team objectives using procedures, experience, and knowledge appropriate in handling complex/demanding situations.

As an international organization, you will have good oral and written knowledge of English.

The role
  • To be able to undertake project management where applicable including monitoring project progress and spending against budget and contract requirements.
  • Identify, suggest, and assist managers with implementing change and developments to One Ocean LR’s processes and procedures to meet future business demands and improve current efficiency within their own specialist area, ensuring compliance with ISO standards is maintained.
  • Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
  • Ensures documentation/data/information and tasks relevant to One Ocean LR are planned, evaluated, and processed in accordance with local business requirements and agreed deadlines.
  • Review & analyse data to provide management information/statistics, including the identification and reporting of process failures, to support the overall delivery of processes and maintenance of the QMS.
  • Ensure external audits are properly supported to maintain the certification status.
  • Assist auditees’ in formulating their response to findings, with respect to effective investigation, root cause analysis, and the identification of appropriate correction and corrective action.

What You Bring
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a technical field
  • Sufficient experience in quality assurance
  • Desirable ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/auditor course
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 knowledge and competency
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and project management experience
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English commensurate with the role.
