JOB CONTEXT

The Responsibilities Of The Quality Assurance Manager Are As Follows

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, there has been a substantial increase in the number of organisations requesting our expertise. To meet rising volumes, we are seeking to recruit a QA Manager to join our team.
  • Lead the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Ensure that all processes and procedures across the different units comply with the QMS
  • Becomes SME on QMS matters for other business units specifically user requirements & advisory service
  • Monitoring of Quality measures (KPIs)
  • Support Quality Management reviews (input)
  • Participate in internal audit program
  • Lead continuous Improvement program by defining and reviewing analytics
  • Oversight of the Training program and learning management system
  • Oversight of investigations and CAPA process
  • Promotes the quality culture by managing QA related communications throughout the organisation
  • Organisation, documentation, and follow-up of Quality Risk Assessments (as required)
  • Due diligence of 3rd party (supplier/vendor, service providers): qualification, audits, service reviews and service agreement reviews

Job Requirements
  • Educated to degree level in a science related subjected
  • Experience of working with c.GxP systems / Diagnostics / Forensics or Food Hygiene analysis
  • Experience in leading QA Management Systems for a department
  • Experience of driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience of delivering effective training on Quality Systems and Processes
  • IT fluency essential including experience with eQMS systems (ideally Q-Pulse)
  • Ability to balance compliance needs and business progress with the demands of a rapidly moving company is essential
  • Experience in hosting and leading regulatory authority audits, would be an advantage
  • Practical experience on Computer System Validation documentation review beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills, (both written and verbal), excellent interpersonal skills, team focused.
  • Strong analysis/problem solving skills
  • Work with a sense of urgency and have the ability to be impartial and objective.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload
