Advert text

Are you interested in providing professional leadership that will support colleagues to deliver good practice, and ensure we are providing quality services to the people of Nottinghamshire? The Care Quality Commission are due to introduce a single assessment framework for Local Authorities, following the introduction of the Health and Care Bill in 2022. This will involve the DHSC establishing an inspection timetable later in the year. Preparing for inspection is therefore a key priority for Adult Social Care, and we are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our Adult Social Care Improvement, Quality and Practice Team to help us implement and embed our Quality Assurance Framework.

An important part of this role will be to undertake and coordinate assurance activity to help inform continuous improvement activity across the department and ensure that practice remains in line with relevant adult social care legislation. Do you have a flair for inspiring people to look at ways to continually improve the way that they work and explore new ways of working that will help people to achieve their support goals?

Do you have experience of working collaboratively with people with lived experience , colleagues and partners to lead change?
Are you able to manage, analyse and triangulate large volumes of complex data to support ongoing improvement and decision making?

If this sounds like you - we’d love to hear from you.If you would like to discuss the role, please contact Louise Hemment, Risk and Quality Lead, on 0115 9772645
