Job Description


Job Summary: To support the delivery of a high quality medical information service by supporting the quality team with their routine admin tasks, generating reports and documents relating to the Quality Officers’ activities.

Essential Functions Include:

  • Medical Information Service Delivery
  • Ensuring that any confidential information or personal data related to ProPharma Group and its clients is managed in accordance with Data Privacy regulations as described in ProPharma Group SOPs.
  • Completing all general admin tasks for the department (e.g. checking documents for errors, tracking processes on Excel, data entry into MS Access, organising and liaising with colleagues to complete tasks, etc)
  • Supporting the Quality Officers generating reports and documents.
  • Support the audit program when ProPharma Group is audited by external clients or regulatory bodies, by creating reports, pulling documents, and supplying requested data.
  • Maintain awareness of the legal requirements and professional guidelines associated with the provision of medical information within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
  • Ensure that the Confidentiality Statement within the Contract of Employment is adhered to at all times in respect of the data and property of ProPharma Group and its clients.
  • Work in a professional manner at all times with team members and management.

Qualifications


Excellent computer literacy; Word, Excel and MS Access.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Sound planning, prioritising and organisational skills.
  • Friendly team player who is keen to learn the role and business.

Educational Requirements:

Degree an advantage in a technical or numerical subject, or any subject requiring accuracy.

Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths.

Experience Requirements:

Previous Quality Assurance or audit experience an advantage.
