Job Description


We are seeking a confident, proactive, forward thinking and organised individual to support a range of projects and develop client relationships. Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, guide clients and help support a world class operational group in the delivery of services to clients and customers.

The person in this role will build inspiring relationships with clients, establish and lead detail orientated services and drive innovative ideas to ensure delivery of evolving and dynamic client needs. Everyday provides variety and pushes you to explore your capabilities.

We are an established department supporting over 200 clients globally in offices on 3 continents. As a Client Account Manager, you will join a team growing to meet the growth and demands of its clients. You must be driven by success and passionate about delivering a world class service. An ability to listen to the needs of those involved in the service and offer ideas and solutions is critical. Being flexible and willing to get stuck in is important as you will be joining a hard working team.

1. Effectively liaise with clients.
2. Implement new clients and services both regionally and globally.
3. Support and grow existing services with clients.
4. Conduct client and service meetings, audits and other sessions as deemed appropriate in client services.
5. Develop and implement documentation and processes to ensure effective delivery of services
6. Create and maintain the necessary documents and forms to support the processes and procedures put in place.
7. Identify and deliver ideas and innovative solutions to benefit the client and internal operations.
8. Foster and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with operational staff, management, clients and customers.
9. Advise management in appropriate resolution of client relations issues.
10. Ensure compliance with client requested services and industry regulations.
11. Respond to enquiries regarding services, procedures, and programs.
12. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; VISIO, and PowerPoint desired.


And of course, other duties as assigned.


Qualifications


Necessary Skills and Abilities:
1. Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
2. Demonstrate superb organisational and project management capabilities
3. Have a keen eye for detail
4. Be competent using computerised systems
5. Be a real team player and happy to get stuck in

Educational Requirements:

AS/A levels (or equivalent) or higher (Bachelor’s Degree preferred (life science beneficial).

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years’ experience with a proven track record of success in contract or client or project management or medical information services. The experience requirements listed above would be preferred in a healthcare environment or medical information/pharmaceutical or relevant service environment.


Additional Information


This position may include the the requirement for occasional travel to client offices.
