Excellent new opportunity for a Qualitative Senior Research Executive to join our growing Qual team, working on a variety of clients from world-famous names to challenger brands.We’re looking for someone with experience in a range of face-to-face and online Qualitative methodologies, in a commercial or not-for-profit sector. The main thing for us is you have an interest across a wide range of areas and clients and in understanding more about how and why people behave like they do.You’ll get lots of variety across methodologies, using creative and exciting tools to really go the extra mile for our clients. We have a very strong team ethos so you will be supported as well as given lots of opportunity to grow.We offer Hybrid working, which for us is a blend of working remotely and in the Winchester or London office as necessary. It’s all about choosing the best place to be for you, your team, and the business on any given working day.Specifically, You Will

• Work on a mix of purely Qual and Quant/Qual studies with teams from across the business, carrying out fieldwork, moderating using face-to-face and digital methods.
• Plan and manage medium sized research projects efficiently and creatively.
• Create engaging presentations, analysing results with some reporting to clients
• Be involved in pitches, proposals and business development with senior researchers.
• Receive ongoing training in innovative methodologies and storytelling.
• Work alongside our best minds in the business to continuously develop your knowledge and widen your qualitative research skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar SRE role, (Agency or client-side) running Qualitative projects. We’re also happy to hear from experienced Research Executives looking for a step up and to advance your career.
• A good understanding of Qualitative research techniques and proven experience in delivering projects demonstrating experience in a range of qualitative methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication skills, with a particular focus on listening and questioning.
• Show instinct for cutting through the data and finding the story.
• Sound presentation skills and personal delivery showing confidence, enthusiasm and personality.
• You’ll be a fresh thinker who challenges appropriately
