Job ProfileQHSE Manager required. My client is leading manufacturer of fabricated parts and is looking to hire an experienced QHSE Manager to join their team in Kidderminster. The ideal candidate will come from a Quality, Health and Safety background, have strong experience working with ISO Management systems, implementing process and will be NEBOSH qualified. You will need to be based locally to Kidderminster for this role.QHSE Manager Position Overview
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, health and safety laws and regulations and operating rules
  • Assisting the leadership team to develop, manage and monitor the QHSE performance of the company
  • Monitor and advise on all QHSE matters, issues and concerns to ensure Company compliance with statutory requirements
  • Liaise with Customers and Supply Chain, regarding QHSE matters, ensuring their expectations are met.
  • Responsible for QHSE processes and procedures to ensure the Company maintains its accreditations ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, ISO45001:2018
  • Responsible for management of and liaison with QHSE auditors to acquire/maintain Company’s accreditations
  • Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of systems and procedures, identifying and assisting implementing improvements
  • Manage and monitor emergency procedures, signage, PPE, COSHH control etc.
QHSE Manager Position Requirements
  • Proven QHSE professional within a manufacturing background
  • NEBOSH Qualified
  • Proven experience managing ISO Management systems
  • Hand on experience in implementation and change of processes
  • Any experience in Fabrication beneficial
  • Based locally to Kidderminster
  • Full driving licence
QHSE Manager Position Remuneration
  • Salary £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
  • 8:00 - 17:00 Monday - Thursday. 8:00 - 15:00 Friday
  • 28 days holiday inclusive of public holidays
  • Pension
