Viridian International Ltd is a family owned, fast growing vitamin company that was founded in 1999 on three key principles - Purity, Charity & Environment. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Purchasing & Logistics Administrator to join our busy Operations Department. The role is offered on a permanent fulltime basis working 9am – 5.30pm with an hour for lunch, Monday to Friday at our Daventry Head Quarters.

Responsible to the Operations Director and facilitating the holding of agreed stock levels within the Viridian warehouse. Involved within this will be monitoring stock levels, placing purchase orders, and managing their progress through to receipt. You will liaise with our manufacturers on a day to day basis, and furthermore be involved in benchmarking existing and sourcing new suppliers for ancillary items such as stationery and packaging. Ensuring that all supplies are purchased in line with our purity and environmental ethics. Various other administration tasks are also required, such as data entry/KPI management/reporting and wider operational and administration tasks as required by the Operations Director.

Incentives include yearly discretionary bonus, free £30 worth of Viridian products per month and a share of a weekly organic fruit & veg delivery plus 10% discount at our other Daventry business.
