Purchasing and Service Coordinator - North Cardiff - Financial Services - £18,000-£19,000- Full Time - Shift Pattern - Immediate Start
A well respected client of ours, specialising in automotive finance, is seeking a candidate with a background in financial services/ auto finance to join a busy Cardiff Office as a purchasing and service coordinator. It will be the purchasing and service coordinators main responsibility to be the companies first point of contact for pay outs and underwriting ensuring service level agreement targets are met.
Purchasing and service coordinator Responsibilities:
- Processing documents in line with agreed policies
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Taking inbound overflow calls to support other teams within the business
- Providing advisory support to retailers
- Ensure all data is input in a timely and accurate manner
- Adhering to all relevant compliance regulations
- Reporting to the Team manager
Purchasing and Service Coordinator Key Skills:
- Financial Services experience
- Ideally experience of the retail/ lease/ commercial finance industry
- IT Literate - Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
