About Our Client
Our client in Grimsby is looking to recruit a hands-on Purchase Ledger Clerk on an interim to permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to become a key part of the financial performance of a well-known business as well as be responsible for providing support to the finance team.
Job Description
As an interim Purchase Ledger Clerk, duties will include, however, not be limited to:Carry out account reconciliation to supplier statements.
Ensure invoices are sent out for approval by sites.
Coding of invoices to analyze correctly in the financial accounts for all companies.
Matching invoices to purchase orders.
The Successful Applicant
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work within a team.
Computer literate, strong Excel skills preferable.
Accuracy and attention to detail are important.
Excellent timekeeping skills.
What’s on Offer
£20,000-£24,000 per annum equivalent + immediate start + 22 days holiday plus banks + free on-site parking + excellent staff benefits.
