Purchase Ledger Clerk
Hayley Group is the largest independent distributor of engineering products and consumables in the United Kingdom. The group currently employs over 1000 people, who continue to be a cornerstone of the business and are fundamental to providing industry-leading customer service.
As a business they continue to grow, going from strength to strength, and establishing themselves as one of the UK’s leading players within the industrial supply industry. This enables them to provide the scale & depth of offer required to fulfil the largest and most complex of supply agreements.
With over 50 branches across the UK, they continue to invest in their branch network, to ensure they operate close to their customers, providing access to the stock, services, and technical personnel their customers rely on to maintain operations.
They are now looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their accounts payable team at their Head Office in Halesowen.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm including 1:4 Saturday mornings. (8.00am-11.30am)
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in processing a large number of invoices daily and will be confident in dealing with suppliers and their branch network to resolve queries, along with other aspects of accounts payable work.
The ideal candidate must also be able to work in a busy environment and balance a varied workload.
