CMA Recruitment Group are representing a growing business in Farnborough, assisting their recruitment process for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis.The Purchase Ledger Clerk will look after the accounts payable function for an SME and will have responsibility for supplier payments.What will the role involve?
  • Matching, coding and processing supplier invoices;
  • Processing of employee expenses ensuring they comply with company policy;
  • Dealing with any supplier query within a timely manner;
  • Reconciling of supplier statements monthly;
  • Reconciling intercompany accounts;
  • Processing supplier payments within payment terms;
  • Ad-hoc requests from the Financial Controller, when necessary.
Suitable Candidate
  • At least two years demonstrable experience within an accounts role encompassing purchase ledger processing;
  • Positive attitude and friendly personality to fit into the existing team.
