Document Production Team Leader – workflow allocation

Manchester City Centre & Remote

£28,000 – £42,000 (depending on experience)


4 days 8am – 6pm

Office (min one day) & home working

My client is a full services law firm with an international reach that is committed to providing exceptional service to clients. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join their document production department, in a senior role, allocating work throughout the global team.


Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for workflow allocation throughout the document production department
  • Clarifying new instructions from fee earners and negotiating deadlines
  • Updating fee earners on job status
  • Analysing and troubleshooting issues
  • Creating, editing and manipulating legal documents
  • Clarifying instructions from Fee Earners
  • Working to deadlines for projects

Key skills:


  • Document Production experience or workflow allocation within a legal environment
  • Able to demonstrate problem solving and trouble shooting skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications especially MS Word (Advanced)
  • Interpersonal skills
