My client is a Manchester based law firm that specialises in a wide range of Personal Injury claims. They are looking for an experienced RTA paralegal to join their busy team in working with claims and work to offer an excellent service with a focus on rehabilitation and compensation.

This is a full-time role and the ideal candidate will have experience in handling claims from start to finish and experience working with their own caseloads. Experience working in claims is desired and ideally candidates will have worked in litigation previously but a supervised litigation role can offered to those who do not have the necessary experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling own caseload
  • Handling claims
  • Logging claims onto portal systems
  • Reviewing and valuing claims
  • Preparing claims for trials
  • Drafting relevant documentation

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience working in RTA
  • Experience working with claims
  • Litigation experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Knowledge and experience of portal claims
  • Good communication skills
