Are you a Psychology graduate looking for a new position in education for the next academic year?

Teaching Personnel are recruiting Psychology graduates in the Sunderland area who can offer exceptional classroom support for KS3 and KS4 children. The school is recognised by Ofsted as a ‘good’ school having seen considerable improvements in recent years in behaviour management. The school is located in Sunderland and has various available options for public transport links.

Job Specifications
  • Required from September 2022
  • Paid £73-£85 per day (dependent on experience)
  • Supporting pupils aged 11-16 in a variety of lessons
The incoming teaching assistant will be providing classroom support across Key Stage 3 and GCSE with a level of dynamism and adaptability to be able to assist in a variety of different lessons. The successful candidate will be able to provide effective support for students from a range of backgrounds and may include SEN support.

Candidate Requirements
  • Graduate-level qualification
  • No formal teaching qualifications required – a Child Only DBS will be required (we can help you apply)
