Provisioning Executive (Telecoms)

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and good levels of numeracy, and PC literacy to join our Provisioning team.

This role will be working from our Chiswick office and applicants must live within reasonable commuting distance.

About you:

What will you be doing as a Provisioning Executive?

• Provision of fixed line orders with wholesale carriers via telephone, email and/or dedicated online order systems
• Sourcing engineer related site access documentation (such as Wayleaves and Risk Assessment, Method statements)
• Monitoring order workflow and delivery trends, escalating issues where required
• Updating internal/external customers on the progress of orders, notification of issues, requests for information
• Managing fixed line voice and data inventories, carrying out related reporting and updates for new orders, service relocations/ports/cancellations
• Configuring network equipment and attending client site as required, to perform install and testing

What skills / experience are we looking for?

• Hands on circuit provisioning experience, preferably familiar with ordering and inventory systems such as WLR3, eco, Gamma, Colt and various other supplier portals.
• An up-to-date working knowledge of common telephony/circuit data products including ISDN30, SIP, Leased Line, Hosted telephony and Point to Point circuits.
• Circuit/Telephony hardware knowledge such as Cisco, Yealink, Polycom.
• Excellent organisational and admin skills to work under pressure and successfully manage multiple tasks/orders at once.
• A working knowledge of Mobile technology is advantageous.
