As our Property Marketing Graduate within the 2021 Emerging Talent Programme, you will take a key role in creating a new way to advertise our portfolio of properties. The two-year programme will support you to develop the core skills, behaviours and technical ability to pursue a career in housing or marketing

This is a new role within the team, offering the successful candidate the autonomy to drive forward a new property marketing strategy giving our homes to rent portfolio the best chance to stand out in a saturated market.

You’ll use your marketing knowledge to create and deliver strategic change and have the voice to influence our senior leaders in the best way to advertise.

This is a new role within the Affordable Housing company with a great opportunity to create and innovate new marketing strategy. You’ll be an innovator! Who thrive in a creative industry and the change to really impact on the marketing of properties.

You’ll

have the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with our internal marketing team, however this will be a stand-alone role and this should excite and challenge you.

You’ll be educated to graduate level ideally within marketing and advertising with an interest in housing and property.

You’ll have a creative mindset and bring an innovative approach to the principles of marketing and advertising.

This role will support the opportunity to work from home with travel into the local Leeds office.
