We are looking for a Temporary Commercial and Industrial Property Manager for our Property Management business line.

What this job involves
For this role we are looking a Temporary Commercial/Industrial Property Manager based in the UK, working alongside our EMEA property team with homeworking and regular site visits as required. You will be based at the client site.

The project is a temporary, fully-seconded role supporting our client with a rolling renewal programme.
Carrying out budget planning, return and performance calculations
Negotiate terms via HOTs agree on licence/ lease documentation
Seek client input on any amendments to terms inc. commercials
Confirm space costs on daily and monthly basis
Obtain Schedule of Condition from previous agreement
Confirm if we need to swear any statutory declarations
Confirm if any alterations are allowed.
See licence to final form (engage with client’s legal advisors to confirm documentation)
Work with Launch to obtain internal approvals/ spend
Ensure leases/licences are saved on Workdocs and in our database

Desired skills and experience for this job
Training as a real estate property manager or specialist and/or a degree with a focus on business or real estate
Up to 5 years of professional experience in the commercial management of real estate and in dealing with corporate customers. Property management experience is essential.
Experience with applicable tenancy laws and guidelines in the area of ​​logistics
Very good written and spoken English
Experience in dealing with deadlines and critical schedules.
An independent and service-oriented way of working with excellent communication skills
