Are you a skilled and highly organized individual with a passion for property management? We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join our client’s dynamic team in Grantham. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring their smooth operation and maximizing their value. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Grantham, ensuring their efficient day-to-day operations.

- Conduct regular property inspections, addressing maintenance and repair needs promptly.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to carry out necessary repairs, renovations, and improvements.

- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests, providing exceptional customer service and promptly resolving any issues that arise.

- Screen prospective tenants, conduct thorough background checks, and oversee the leasing process.

- Prepare and execute leases, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Collect rent payments, monitor arrears, and take appropriate action for late or delinquent payments.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, providing regular updates on property performance and financials.

- Monitor market trends, conduct property valuations, and recommend rental rate adjustments to maximize property value.

- Prepare and manage property budgets, track expenses, and provide financial reports to property owners.

- Stay updated on local property management regulations and laws, ensuring compliance at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in property management or a related field.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong knowledge of property management regulations and laws.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under pressure.

- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office suite.

- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
