Package: Basic £23k + commission

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm / Rota Saturdays 9.00am - 4.00pm

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Estate Agent to join our client’s growing team in Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and providing high-quality services to clients.

Responsibilities:

Conducting property viewings and valuations

Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers

Managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service

Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote properties

Keeping up-to-date with the local property market and industry trends

Advising clients on property investment opportunities

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years’ experience as an Estate Agent

Knowledge of the Coventry property market

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong customer service skills

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends

Full UK driving license
