ResponsibilitiesReporting to and working with our Marketing Manager in the day-to-day management of a growing marketing team and co-ordinating all aspects of the marketing team output and delivery, for the Leger Shearings Group brands.
  • Manage the individual areas within the marketing team.
  • Manage the overall team workflow.
  • Plan, coordinate and supervise the marketing team on the execution of all marketing projects.
  • Establish guidelines and objectives.
  • Prioritise tasks based on the scope of work and timelines of multiple projects.
  • Manage departmental resources and skills according to project requirements.
  • Establish project timelines and ensure all projects are delivered on time.
  • Review processes to improve team efficiency.
  • Create and maintain the weekly workflow calendar.
  • Use project management tools to monitor progress, duration and productivity of the marketing team.
  • Motivate the team to achieve goals.
