Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Oversee and refine employee standards and procedures, using existing HR systems as well as improve and recommend processes 
  • Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes. 
  • Provide first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers. 
  • Administer payroll and payroll records and keep accounts appraised of any changes. 
  • Work with directors and SLT on reward strategy. 
  • Manage and provide advice on recruitment and selection strategies, alongside recruitment team 
  • Manage the new starter inductions with HR team 
  • Manage talent and succession planning. 
  • Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals. 
  • Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary. 
  • Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation. 
  • Support change management processes. 
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programme, including compensation, health insurance and holidays. 

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager orotherHR Executive 
  • People oriented and results driven 
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics 
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases 
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills 
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company 
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices 

Experience:

  • Strong stakeholder management experience with evidence of building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with the ability to influence decision making at all levels 
  • Demonstratable experience of working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Evidence of facilitation and coaching 
  • You will be CIPD qualified to level 5 or relevant experience
