The Role

  • Be part of a team working collaboratively to deliver an efficient, customer-centric service reflecting the highest standards of service excellence.
  • Be responsible for managing projects within our properties and communities; working with colleagues and contractors to ensure consistency and standards within budget and agreed timeframes.
  • Put customer at the heart of our service.

About You

Our ideal candidate will be an expert in their field with a strong customer focus, excellent organisational skills and a drive to succeed.

As a Project Surveyor You Must
  • Have experience of delivering and managing planned works programmes with good knowledge of asset management.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build sustainable working relationships with contractors, customers and colleagues
  • Be quality focused, with effective problem solving and decision making capabilities
  • Monitor delegated budgets using excellent record keeping skills
