Hays Technology is looking for a Project Manager to join a leading organisation that is based in South Wales.

Your new role

The Project Manager will ensure all aspects and work streams of the Programme are properly structured, reported on and tracked in order to deliver programme outcomes and benefits. You will provide technical and analytical guidance and work direction to the Programme, including scheduling, assignment of work, review of efforts and removal of roadblocks which inhibit Programme success.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
  • Proficient using Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of project/programme management techniques and methods.
  • Knowledge of governance structures and how their hierarchy integrates to support the delivery of a large programme of work.
  • Able to demonstrate extensive change management experience.
