YMCA Guildford Foyer is a 34-bedroom project that has just celebrated its 3rd birthday. The role of the Project Manager will be work with the team to enable young people we are fortunate to have living with us to thrive within the local community. YMCA Guildford Foyer has a very diverse group of young people living under its roof including young people from the Guildford area and young people seeking asylum in the UK. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the rights of young people, adaptable to the needs of individual young people and has strong line management experience to inspire staff and enable young people to thrive. The Project Manager is the senior manager within the Foyer project. They will oversee and line manager a dedicated team of staff and work with a range of partner agencies to develop and deliver a range of opportunities for young people to realise independent living in the future. The Project Manager will be part of a network of project managers across YMCA DLG driving forward our trauma informed approach to supported housing.
