Job Title: Project Manager

Permanent Position

Job Location: Farnborough or Malvern

About The Role

The Project Manager will report to the Head of Programmes and lead the delivery of one or more STANDARD or COMPLEX project(s).

What will I be doing?
  • The Project Manager will be responsible for the development and maintenance of positive engagement with project customers, partners and suppliers.
  • You will be operating in a Safe & Secure manner.
  • The Project Manager will embed a culture in line with the QinetiQ values.
  • You will be responsible for the delivery of the project outputs, to agreed baseline (customer satisfaction, time, cost, quality, cash and sales).
  • The Project Manager will ensure project members operate in line with the Operating Framework & functional competency management requirements; and have appropriate personal objectives recorded in the QinetiQ performance management system.


What do I need?
  • You must have drive and determination to achieve successful project delivery;
  • The Project Manager must present a proactive and dynamic professional attitude to internal and external customers.
  • You must have experience in a Project role with a relevant qualification.
