Reporting directly to the Head of Programme Delivery you will manage a multi-functional team (including Engineering, Procurement, Production and other departments) to develop High Grade Security applications and products.

How You Will Contribute To The Team

  • Be the point of contact for customers, proposals and projects.
  • Ensure proposals are bid following product strategy. Play an active role in bid/no-bid decisions.
  • Manage projects and establish EAC / CTC throughout the project life-cycle following company processes
  • Ensure programmes focus on mitigation of risk to result in successful completion.
  • Create budgets, schedule, dependency analysis, risk management, and risk mitigation strategy

About You

  • PMP, PRINCE 2 or equivalent project management certification
  • In depth knowledge of managing projects and people both locally and remotely
  • Experience with project delivery in a development environment
