Answer: no one’s superhuman but our Project Manager comes pretty close. Leading delivery of around 100 facilities management projects every year. Bringing them home on budget, in time and to the right quality and safety standards. Starting at the design stage and finishing with handover documentation. What, there’s more?! A degree or HND in project management, a recognisable Health & Safety qualification and a solid understanding of the CDM 2015 regs (if you have to ask, you’ve failed at the first hurdle). Plus significant experience in managing the successful delivery of multiple projects, including at least 3 years of leading others to do the same.
