Vacancy: Project Manager Europe/Africa – Reservoir

As the Project Manager Europe/Africa - Reservoir you will be Reporting to the Global Operations Manager – Reservoir you will be responsible for the safe, effective and efficient delivery of all reservoir product lines and services in the Europe, Middle East and African region.

Your responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safe and efficient execution of reservoir projects in the region
  • Minimize tracer and raw material stock for all product lines while assuring maximum flexibility for product delivery
  • Ensuring the adherence to business QHSE policies, processes, procedures and standards across the regions
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant local and country legislative requirements
  • Ensuring QHSE incidents, improvement opportunities, customer complaints…… are reported, actioned and closed out in a timely manner and ensuring learning is shared.
  • Complete regional preparation, review and maintenance of reservoir operational governance frameworks, processes, procedures and documentation in collaboration with appropriate subject and technical experts

Requirements for the role:
  • Scientific or engineering relation degree or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory or managerial responsibility in an engineering environment
  • Exposure to stock control and the importance thereof
  • Proven ability to deliver commercially viable products to market
  • Organisation skills and the ability to manage teams and meet deadlines
  • Basic Chemistry, Reservoir and Well knowledge
