About This Role

From small local businesses that are delivering to customers from their homes right the way through to our large multi-national businesses the eyes are on us even more to delivery,

Our Project Managers support in the delivery of assigned projects across the fibre build teams. You will build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers, providing project progress and performance updates to the regional programme managers.

You’ll Have The Following Responsibilities

With your strong project management skills, you will play a dynamic part of the delivery of new and proactive projects across a defined set of regional structures.

You will proactively manage your workload and hold partners to account for the part they play in the process. You will be quick to overcome problems and liaise with the relevant teams to ensure the right outcomes are delivered with minimum risk.

With all this variation you will ensure that plans and progress are delivered to the Senior Managers within the required timeframes ensuring a rationale for all changes.

You’ll Have The Following Skills & Experience

Being the true customer champion that you are you will be adept at finding a solution whilst demonstrating customer empathy in everything you do.

You will be highly disciplined and able to deliver a balanced set of results which encompasses our key measurables.

You will possess strong leadership skills and be able to travel around your region supporting your team and carrying out any safety checks.

Project planning is key here with your ability to inspire and be an advocate of continuous improvement.
