You will be central to our transformation in data.

You’ll Have The Following Responsibilities
  • Drive innovation to stay ahead of competitive trends, harnessing latest data, analytics & AI approaches.
  • Solve complex business issues through the development of analytic models, using multi-source data and strong descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics skills
  • Implement Artificial Intelligence, including Machine learning tools to support business decisions
  • Support business teams scaling models into low-touch solutions to provide optimal ROI from data science
  • Actively research & keeps on top of latest business trends in telco and stays at the forefront of AI & exponential technology trends.
  • Develop opportunities to pioneering projects, including scope and cost of experimenting
  • Introduce new ways of working with data, including business focused workshops that educate the audience and challenge the status quo of thinking
  • Create experimentation to solve complex business problems and deliver predictions on future business outcomes in a repeatable and relevant way
You’ll Have The Following Skills & Experience
  • B.S. or M.S. in a relevant technical field (Operations Research, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics). Masters’ degree preferred.
  • 3-5+ years’ work experience in a data science role with significant focus on large scale and/or unstructured data
  • Proficient in the use of analytical, database and visualisation tools (in particular SQL but also HQL, R, Tableau) and modelling techniques.
  • The ability to come up with solutions to loosely defined business problems by leveraging pattern detection over potentially large datasets.
  • Experience using big data frameworks – algorithms, tools and technologies
  • Experience using machine learning algorithms.
  • Solid knowledge of statistical techniques and proficiency using statistical packages (e.g. Python or R)
